Tables Come with a 12 month warranty on electronics.

We are available to diagnose and troubleshoot any problems.

Customers Responsibility to learn how to Use the table. We are more then willing to help.  

If Replacement parts are needed they will be sent out same day or next day, If overnight is needed it must be requested. Or replacements will be sent USPS 2-4day or FedEx 2-4day. 

We do our best to keep all pricing accurate and up to date. However, occasional errors or discrepancies may occur due to system issues, technology issues, or human error.

We are not responsible for any price discrepancies on our website, marketing materials, or other platforms. Prices are subject to change without notice, and final pricing will be confirmed at the time of purchase.

Buyers responsibility to inspect contents when receiving freight. 

Order cancellations are subject to a restocking fee of  15% an other fees associated with the order. 

Freight: for any damages and to put damages on Bol before Signing.
Returns Excepted within 15 days after receiving
item, Item must be in original packaging. Freight Non-Refundable Buyer pays return shipping and 17% restocking fee. 

Lead time is based on business days.  It may vary a few days.

Installation, Wiring, Compatibility & Customer Responsibility

Customer Installation Responsibility

Premier Plasma CNC tables are industrial equipment requiring proper installation. The customer is solely responsible for correct setup, installation, and operation of the equipment.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Providing correct electrical supply (voltage, phase, breaker size, and wire gauge)

  • Proper grounding of the CNC table and plasma cutter

  • Correct connection of control wiring, torch leads, and THC wiring

  • Ensuring plasma cutter compatibility (non-high-frequency start unless expressly approved)

  • Proper air supply setup (clean, dry, regulated air)

  • Verification of signal compatibility between plasma cutter and CNC controller

  • Any additional wiring required for the customer’s specific plasma cutter, shop configuration, or electrical system

  • Ensuring compliance with local electrical codes and safety regulations

Improper installation may result in permanent damage to electronic components, including but not limited to THC boards, control boards, motor drivers, and related electronics.


Use of Customer-Supplied Plasma Cutters

If the customer elects to use a plasma cutter not purchased directly from Premier Plasma, the customer assumes full responsibility for:

  • Proper wiring and integration

  • Voltage matching

  • Torch interface configuration

  • Internal or external wiring modifications required for CNC operation

  • Confirming whether the plasma cutter is non-HF start

High-frequency (HF) start plasma cutters can permanently damage CNC electronics. Damage resulting from use of incompatible or improperly wired plasma cutters is not covered under warranty.


Modifications & Third-Party Changes

Any modifications made by the customer or a third party — including but not limited to rewiring, controller changes, aftermarket electronics, plasma cutter internal modifications, software alterations, or shop power changes — are performed at the customer’s own risk and void warranty coverage on affected components.


Technical Questions & Pre-Operation Verification

It is the customer’s responsibility to carefully review all provided manuals and documentation prior to powering the system.

If the customer has any question or concern regarding:

  • Wiring

  • Voltage

  • Grounding

  • Plasma compatibility

  • THC setup

  • Software configuration

  • Electrical requirements

  • Any installation or setup step

The customer must contact Premier Plasma technical support before operating the equipment.

Failure to verify installation prior to operation releases Premier Plasma from liability for damage resulting from improper setup.


Limitation of Liability

Premier Plasma CNC shall not be liable for direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from:

  • Improper installation

  • Incorrect wiring

  • Voltage mismatch

  • Grounding issues

  • Incompatible plasma cutters

  • High-frequency plasma use

  • Third-party modifications

  • Failure to follow documentation

Replacement of damaged components resulting from improper installation or incompatible equipment will be billed at current replacement cost.



Shipping Terms & Conditions

Freight Shipping (Large Equipment / LTL Shipments)

Large equipment and machinery ship via freight carrier (including but not limited to XPO Logistics or another carrier selected at our discretion).

Delivery Type

Freight delivery must be properly classified at time of purchase:

  • Business Delivery – Requires commercial location with dock access or forklift.

  • Residential Delivery – Requires liftgate service if unloading equipment is not available.

Failure to select the correct delivery type does not eliminate buyer responsibility for additional carrier charges.

Additional Freight Charges

The buyer is solely responsible for any accessorial or additional charges imposed by the freight carrier after shipment leaves our facility, including but not limited to:

  • Storage fees

  • Re-delivery fees

  • Missed delivery appointments

  • Residential reclassification

  • Liftgate service not selected

  • Limited access or remote area fees

  • Address correction fees

  • Detention fees

  • Delivery refusal without authorization

If such charges are billed to us, the buyer authorizes us to charge the payment method on file or issue an invoice for immediate payment.

Risk of Loss & Inspection

Title and risk of loss transfer to the buyer once the freight carrier takes possession of the shipment.

All freight must be inspected at delivery. Visible damage must be noted on the Bill of Lading before signing. Failure to do so may void damage claims.


Standard Shipping (USPS, FedEx, UPS)

Smaller items and accessories may ship via USPS, FedEx, UPS, or another parcel carrier at our discretion.

Address Accuracy

The buyer is responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

We are not responsible for delays or additional fees caused by:

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses

  • Failed delivery attempts

  • Refused packages

  • Returned-to-sender shipments

Reshipment costs due to address errors or delivery failure are the buyer’s responsibility.

Carrier Delays

Delivery timeframes are estimates only. We are not responsible for carrier delays, weather disruptions, or operational issues once the package has been accepted by the carrier.

Risk of Loss

Risk of loss transfers to the buyer once the shipment is scanned and accepted by the carrier.
